✨ This Question Changes Everything ✨
A few weeks ago, I was lucky to welcome my dear friend Anke and her husband Michel from the Netherlands to our Sydney home. 🌊🌞
We spent our time walking by the ocean, sharing meals, laughing, riding the ferry, and having heartfelt conversations.
One morning over a leisurely breakfast, Anke asked a question that stopped me in my tracks:
“What would you do if you really loved yourself?”
I went silent…
It’s such a simple yet powerful question.
It cuts straight to the core. 💡
It’s not about what you should do or what others expect of you.
It’s about tuning into what you truly want—what your inner self quietly longs for.
Yet how often do we push those inner whispers aside, saying, “Not now,” or, “It won’t work”?
But what if we stopped to truly listen?
What might happen? 🤔
You might just surprise yourself with the answer.
As the year ends, why not sit with this question? ✍️

That’s exactly what I did.
At first, I forgot about it…
But last week, I suddenly felt the urge to write, and before I knew it, I had filled a page with insights I now use as my daily guide.
Doing this made me feel grounded and inspired…
So worth it! 🌟
I am 100% aligned with what I am doing, I love helping others grow their businesses and themselves, however…
At the same time, I realised that I sometimes forget to offer that same care and attention to myself.
I can definitely be a better mentor/coach for myself, acknowledging and celebrating every step in my own growth journey, just as I do for others.
